Holi chiller recipeThe kick of this mocktail is that it can be easily turned into a cocktail by adding Gin or Vodka.

Ingredients
100 gms of almonds
25 gms of pistachio
25 gms of peeled melon seed
25 gms of poppy seed
30 gms of Saunf
30 - 40 black pepper seed
15 - 20 rose petal
6 - 7 pieces of elaichi seed
1 ltr milk
500 ml Water
20 ml of rose water
12 spoon of sugar/ according to taste
1 - 2 gm of Saffron

Method

-Soak black pepper, rose petals and saunf in water for 30 mins, grind the ingredients into a fine paste and sieve it to obtain a smooth paste.

-Soak almond and pistachio overnight in water, peel them.

-Make a smooth paste of almond, pistachio, melon seed, elaichi, poppy seed. Add rose water in the paste.

-Take the pepper mix and almond mix, add milk, water and sugar to taste.

-Take the chiller, add the saffron which is boiled in a little water to obtain a golden orange colour.

-Cool the above drink before serving. One can also add Gin/Vodka to make it into a cocktail.
